I was initially drawn to Tridiagonal for the opportunity to work on cutting-edge industrial projects involving process simulation, control systems, and operator training. My journey began with hands-on experience in DCS activities, system integration, FAT, and plant startup support. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in automation and control. Over time, my role has evolved to include process modeling, dynamic simulation, and OTS development, allowing me to contribute to both technical delivery and project execution. The continuous learning environment and exposure to real plant operations have helped me grow both technically and professionally.
