Tridiagonal.ai is the dedicated AI innovation arm of Tridiagonal Group, a trusted leader in the process industry for nearly two decades. Born from a legacy of engineering excellence and innovation, Tridiagonal group was originally incubated at the National Chemical Laboratory (NCL), Pune, with a mission to apply advanced technology and deep process knowledge to solve complex industrial challenges.
Over the past 19+ years, Tridiagonal group has partnered with global leaders across Oil & Gas, Life Sciences, Pharma, F&B, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Cement, and Power.

He has over 25 years of experience in Technology Entrepreneurship, Business Development, and Delivery of Customer-Centric Solutions. Pravin’s experience includes acquiring as well as divesting companies.
Pravin lived and worked for 14 years in the US and shifted back to India in the summer of 2006. He has driven and been accountable for Sales, Marketing, Technology, Delivery, and Strategy functions at his previous ventures.
Praveen Kapse, Vice President – Global Strategy and Technology. He is leading the Manufacturing Excellence and Digital Transformation group as well. He has more than 25+ years of experience working in the Technology domain across different industry verticals.
His core competence involves conceiving strategies for successfully introducing new technologies and solutions, such as Industry 4.0 in the process manufacturing space. With a strong techno-commercial background, he has been implementing large digital transformation programs for various companies across the globe.
Sandeep Kulkarni holds a Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering (Production) and advanced computing credentials from CDAC. With 28+ years in the refinery, petrochemical, and chemical sectors, he specializes in operational excellence, process automation, value chain integration, and digital transformation (Industry 4.0). He has led projects for global clients including ExxonMobil, Shell, Chevron, TOTAL, Petronas, and Pertamina.Sandeep heads a 100-member engineering team, delivering cutting-edge services through partners like Honeywell, Emerson, Aveva, and Yokogawa.
He is a key driver in building collaborative ecosystems that enable digital transformation across the process industry.
Parthprasoon Sinha, Master's in chemical engineering with diverse cross-industry experience supporting physics-based data-driven solutions. While leading the data science group in Tridiagonal solutions, I have crafted several scalable data-driven solutions for various initiatives. Has expertise in delivering projects focused on predictive maintenance, energy management, process optimization, and Gen AI.
Has delivered more than 50 projects globally, >50 Digital transformation workshops, and others. Has the capacity to deliver bespoke solutions over multiple platforms - Cognite, Seeq, Kelvin, Databricks, AWS, Azure, Litmus Edge, and others.
Sanjeev Mullick, Vice President – Customer Value for the North American region. Based in Houston, USA, he is responsible for driving strategic customer engagements and establishing a stronghold across North America through direct outreach and partner collaboration. With over 35 years of experience in the process industries, Sanjeev brings deep domain expertise in simulation, optimization, and industrial automation. Prior to joining Tridiagonal.ai, he held multiple global leadership roles at AspenTech, where he was instrumental in delivering enterprise-scale solutions for digital transformation.
Sanjeev holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He is passionate about applying AI and advanced analytics to solve complex industrial challenges and unlock customer value at scale.
Dinesh Makked is a Principal Value Architect, leading the development and delivery of cutting-edge digital solutions for industrial customers across North America. Based in Roanoke, USA, he is focused on expanding Tridiagonal.ai’s footprint in strategic industries like Oil & Gas, Chemicals, and Forestry.
Dinesh brings over 12 years of experience in industrial AI, Cognite Data Fusion (CDF) implementations, and asset performance management. Prior to joining Tridiagonal.ai, he served as the Head of Data Engineering at Pinnacle Reliability, where he led high-impact projects involving AI-driven reliability and performance solutions.
He holds a Post Graduate degree in Computer Science and is recognized for his hands-on expertise in solving complex industrial problems through data-driven, scalable architectures.
Kedar Vechalekar brings over a decade of invaluable experience to his role as Delivery Head accomplished professional with a prestigious Master's in Technology from IIT Bombay. Kedar also holds a Bachelor's degree from Pune University, where he was honored with a Gold Medal. He is PMP certified and possesses extensive expertise in research, operator training simulators, and dynamic and steady state simulations. Kedar has successfully delivered over 40 high-impact projects across the oil and gas, petrochemicals, polymers, green hydrogen, and fertilizer industries. Renowned for his leadership and precision, he excels in guiding teams to ensure the seamless delivery of complex projects.
Kedar specializes in implementing cutting-edge technologies such as Gen AI to optimize time and effort for traditional tasks. His profound expertise and unwavering dedication drive the success and innovation at our company.

Currently serving as the Delivery Head for the Oil & Gas vertical, leading data-driven process optimization projects, AI-based optimization, and delivering advanced technological solutions such as Gen AI and Agentic-AI. Possesses strong expertise in unit operations, turnaround management, project execution, and reliability improvement within the petroleum refining industry. Successfully led teams for refinery capacity expansion projects and the implementation of digital transformation initiatives.
Proficient in process optimization, troubleshooting, and energy management to drive operational excellence.
Skilled in identifying and executing cost optimization strategies and reliability enhancement projects to ensure profitability and operational stability.
Hrushikesh Abhyankar is a CMA with more than 15 years of experience. He has worked with MNCs and Leading Corporates in the areas of Strategic Planning, Fund Management, Accounts, Auditing, QMS, and Statutory Compliance. At present, Hrushikesh is serving as Head of Finance for Tridiagonal Group with a high focus on strategic planning and designing internal control systems.
Exceptional negotiation skills, relationship management, and abilities in liaising with Banks, financing agencies are some of his key attributes. Hrushikesh is a Financial Enthusiast adept at budgeting, forecasting, planning, reporting, etc, for making strategic business decisions contributing to the overall growth of Tridiagonal.
Shruti Pawar is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 13 years of diverse experience across the full HR spectrum. She has been instrumental in helping top software services and product companies establish and scale Global Capability Centers (GCCs) and Centers of Excellence (CoEs) in India.
As Head of HR at T.AI, Shruti leads HR strategy development and execution to align with business goals, improve organizational effectiveness, and build a high-performance culture. Her expertise includes strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development, organizational development, succession planning, total rewards, compliance, and change management.
Shruti holds an MBA in HR Management from the University of Pune and is a certified HR Business Partner through AON. She has built and led impactful HR Business Partnering models that deliver measurable results.
